Founder & Managing Director– Mahesh Jayanarayan – has a diverse background and a wide range of experience in finance and technology and that gives him a total understanding of the corporate world and capital markets. He worked for two Wall street firms for 12 years during the 80s and early 90s. He has been involved in several private equity ventures along with his partner Per Bergstrom in the last 18 years. He has also served on the board of 2 public listed companies in the UK and USA.
Some of his pioneering work includes the first bedside entertainment system for hospitals in the UK, the first red laser HD player rivaling Sony and Toshiba and the first Islamic Finance share trading platform. He currently holds a number of Board Advisory positions.
Co- founder and Non-executive Director – Per Bergstrom- a Swedish national and a self made entrepreneur having several business interests in Sweden and Europe as a private shareholder. He was also the co-founder of Cybercom Consulting Group Scandinavia AB, a successful IT consultancy firm which was publicly listed in Dec. 1999 on the Swedish Exchange. Subsequently Mr. Bergstrom has invested in many other start-up ventures and has also listed several of his ventures on the Swedish exchanges.

25 years experience in the Capital Markets on both the Buy Side as an Equity Analyst and the Sell Side as a Bond Trader and Syndicate Manager with players like WestLB, Standard Chartered, Lloyds and Erste Bank Honours degree in Economics from Queens University, MBA in Finance from York University, Chartered Financial Analyst.
Dr. Stan Shephard – Non Executive Director
Retired from General Practice in 2013 and was for 3 years a Care Quality Commission GP Inspector, inspecting General Practices all over London.

CEO of Health One Global, developed and managed the deployment of a leading GP software system in 3 countries, and extended the software for Special Olympics to be the web based solution, capturing data from 800 events in 100 countries each year. Implemented the software in Special Olympics in every US State and 100 other countries, for their Healthy Athletes screening program for people with learning disabilities, the world’s largest free public health screening program.
He remains a member of the Special Olympics International Medical Advisory Committee and Medical Adviser to Special Olympics Great Britain
As CEO of the Personal Care Record Company Instant Access Medical he managed the development of a leading edge Personal Care Record on PCs and mobile apps with evidence-based care pathways and interactive alerts.
