PART IV. GENERAL
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by the UK arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration Act 1996 (UK).
This Agreement is interpreted and construed in accordance with English Law and shall be govern by English Law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
